Good morning,
I got home at 4am. Not because I was out particularly late, but because literally there were no taxis across the whole of Yau Tsim Mong, and uber decided to charge a 200% increase in price after midnight because all the bars (having opened back up) were giving a steady stream of high paying customers.
Ended up hiking for 50 minutes to Kowloon City before finding a cab.
The taxi driver said he heard from quite a few other people there were no cabs down that way. Did any of y’all have the same problem? Will the new government please fix this? It’s for uh…community…livelihood….reasons….
How long till the new government? Not as long as you think!
