Often referred to as a “white elephant”, a new musical water fountain that just opened up in Kwun Tong could have apparently been built for a lot less than it was at HK$50 million, according to this Apple Daily piece. Personally, I feel if the fountain can play Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley on command it is worth every penny.
