I’ve never had pan-fried dumplings made this way before (see below), but it was delicious and I definitely will be getting some again. Are you a steamed or pan-fried dumplings type of person? Both? I wouldn’t be able to choose, personally.

LegCo more productive than ever (in recent years)
Politics
Legislative Council President Andrew Leung has congratulated the council on its most productive year in a while, praising the electoral reform of last year. The legislative committee passed 46 bills in 2021 which is double the amount of past terms. It also passed 120 financial proposals in a year.

Buildings in Tuen Mun and Cheung Sha Wan went into lockdown.
