Missing Ex-Magistrate Found

The body of Tam Hop-hon, a retired magistrate, was found after he went missing for four days. He was reported missing not long after he was discharged from the hospital, and his body was found in Ma On Shan near the Sha Tin Sports Association Cycling Park. It is not yet determined whether or not foul play is involved.

One of the Salvation Army’s schools in the city received a complaint about a teacher and the principal telling a Muslim student to remove their headscarf. The student was allegedly told that their headscarf was ‘unhygienic’.
