HK reported a second person who died days after getting the BioNTech vaccine. A week after his vaccination, the 59-year-old man was found unconscious by hikers in Sai Kung and later pronounced dead at the hospital. Nine people in total have reportedly experienced temporary facial paralysis after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.
The Hong Kong government told 14 countries to not accept the BN(O) passport. The document has been used in the past to apply for working holiday visas.
A Hong Kong court has allowed prosecutors to indict suspects not physically present at an unlawful assembly under "joint enterprise". People can be given the same charges (paywalled) as someone physically present at such a gathering.
The relocation of a sewage treatment plant to a cave is set to begin later this year. The Sha Tin facility move will free up 28 hectares of land for housing and other uses.

It encourages each of us to do our part in cultivating more sustainable habits by turning off all non-essential lights for an hour. Hong Kong’s Earth Hour is on Saturday (27 March) from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
Between Europe and Asia





The Consulate Generals of Turkey, India, and Kazakhstan attended the opening ceremony of Between Europe and Asia: Traditional Music and Costumes from Central Asia, Caucasus and the Middle East, an exhibition showcasing the art and culture of countries throughout Central Asia, the Caucasus, the Middle East, and Europe. The exhibition is open to visitors at the HKUST library until 5 September.
