Pfizer-BioNTech vaccinations resumed on Monday. After BioNTech vaccinations were halted for 12 days due to packaging issues, over 11,000 people (paywalled) got the vaccine on Monday.
Five of the 12 who returned after spending seven months in a Shenzhen prison were mentioned in court. They face charges regarding the 2019 anti-extradition protests and were remanded in custody after their court appearance.
Some of Beijing's loyalists will be able to take Election Committee seats in the occupation-based subsectors along with the seats they already occupy. These loyalists, made of 36 national legislature deputies and 202 advisory body members, will therefore have greater influence (paywalled) in the Committee.
Police make the largest cocaine seizure since 2011. The drug bust seized 700 kilos of cocaine in Sha Tin worth over $900 million.
